Analuwa Health & fitness is brought to you by Victor Analuwa. Victor has always had a passion for health and fitness having played a number of sports growing up, which led to him pursuing a career in the health and fitness industry. Victor is a highly qualified personal trainer, Pilates instructor and Sports Therapist and continues to update his knowledge and skills. Victor spent 16 years working in the fitness industry in London, England before moving to Norway. He has brought his knowledge and experience in the form of Analuwa Health & Fitness to the Sandnes and Stavanger areas. He aims to help all his clients achieve their goals through using effective training methods.

Personal Training – Personal Training is a great way to achieve your health and fitness goals. Working with a personal trainer means that you have a professional by your side ensuring that you are exercising correctly to reach your desired goals. Training methods will be used to provide a program that will challenge you as well as inspire you. Training sessions are offered for up to 3 people.
Group Training – Group training are great for larger numbers of people who have a similar health and fitness goal or people who like to train with friends, family or work colleagues. Group training sessions can be fun, whilst also creating a bit of friendly competition within the group. These sessions can be arranged by Analuwa Health & Fitness setting up a group or can be offered to an existing group of people. If you are interested in Analuwa Health & Fitness providing group training for your group please get in contact. These sessions are provided for 5+ people.
Workshops – Workshops are a great way to gain a deeper understanding of a particular topic related to health and fitness. Workshops provide a practical and theoretic basis to greater increase your knowledge. Generally the workshops run for at least 2 ½ hours but they can be tailored to fit your specific needs. Examples of workshops that can be offered are back care, improving your mobility, body weight strength training, pilates for runners and functional training for everyday movements.
Online workouts – Sometimes it can be difficult to meet up with a personal trainer in person. Therefore having access to online workouts could be an option worth exploring. With the online workouts you can choose to purchase individual workouts or subscribe to a training plan where you receive workouts for a minimum of 3 months. You will also be able to contact me with any questions you have about the workouts.
